Ohh....I just learned A LOT about Distribution Automation--Intelliteam 2 Switches; ya'll care to hear more? Hurricane Sandy should be proving ground as to you never know where you might be working

but here is a little; the youngin's better start asking questions because this will eventually come forth.
INTELLITEAM - Switch that will ISOLATE ONLY
INTELLITEAM 2 - Switch that will ISOLATE AND RESTORE
Here is a SCADAMATE switch that has the capability of isolating if the INTELLITEAM logic was installed; for now it operates as a N/O switch in which the System Operator can remotely close via SCADA.
