Camraderie

You know what I'm talking about. I think one of the best things, if not the best thing in this trade is the camaraderie that you have with the folks you work with. You end up spending so much time with each other it's like a second family. (not to mention there are times when you want to choke each other)

And when the shit hit's the fan you work as a team and get it done and go home that night and do it all over again.
