Looking for accident in New York

I remember seeing a video about a vehicle accident that happened in New York sometime in the 80's I believe where a driver in a car hit a 3 phase pole and the wire was still hot. He was in his vehicle and the emergency workers we're in the process of doing what they do. You could see a troubleman with his shotgun stick trying to buzz the line. A paramedic ended up going phase to ground in the video.

I'm sure it's out there somewhere...anyone know which one I'm talking about?
