The Disco Queen died today.

I really did not know where else to put this.

Donna Summer, 63, died from lung cancer. Several sources are telling us Donna believed she contracted it by inhaling toxic particles after the 9/11 attack in New York City.


I found it a little shocking that 9/11 is still taking away so many people. I took a week long Asbestos course nearly a decade ago and they said there was tons of asbestos became airborne that day from the two towers and would take 5 years to finally disperse after it blew all over New York City.

I remember going to discos when I was a young strapping lineman and boogieing to her music. Polyester leisure suit and all. (I actually had one made of linen)
