Lineman Handbook

I am looking for a 1st edition (or any early edition) Lineman and Cablemans handbook. If anyone has one, or knows where I can get my hands on one please let me know.

I think if it was in good condition it would be extreamly valuable and rare.

this one is a 11'th edition. I'll do some sniffing around tommorrow and see if I can find ya a 1'st edition.

I have a "Lineman's and Cableman's Field Manual" (2nd edition) by Thomas M. Shoemaker and James E. Mack in PDF format that I could e-mail you. Not sure if that's what your looking for though.

I got a feeling your looking for the real deal though, the hard cover. I happen to know one guy that might have a copy.... A friend and respected member of Linemantoolbox. He's in the hospital now recovering from emergancy surgury.

I'll keep looking though, till Steve gets better. He's one tough lineman.

I appreciate the link to the field manual and look forward to looking through it, but the book I am looking for is the Lineman Handbook. I think that the first edition was printed around 1928. I currently have the eleventh edition and would love to have some earlier versions for my collection. Thanks for the help.
