We did 2 easement pole changes in LA Co. and the yard had 3 or 4 large tortoise in the back yard. They appeared on occasion for wander slowly and dine on the Greens the family provided. Was fun to watch.

He's about 3 yrs. old. When we got him he fit in the palm of my hand!

They get to be between 50-75 when fully matured, they take about 5-7 yrs. to do so.

I figure if he gets too big for my yard the grandkids are getting a cool Christmas present!

My kids may not like it, but that's paybacks for all the agrevation they caused me groing up! Laughing
