And believe it or not one phase was still hot!! The officer said the kid was on the hood when he drove past and at the window of the patrol car when the officer parked!! How he didn't die I don't know cuz if ya look closely at the shot of the rear tire with the terminations next to it, that ain't brake dust on the rim!! She was burning!! :afraid:
