Apparentaly APS pulled over a dead-end structure (to the ground) the other day. I saw some pictures of it, I will post them when I get my hands on them.

No one was hurt. I guess the guys/anchors gave up. It came to the ground while they were sagging new line. Steel pole, tacoed at ground level.
